Her customer service was on another level compared to previous home buying experiences. She was very responsive to all of our requests no matter the time of day or night, and her knowledge and experience was invaluable. Being new to the city we really appreciated her recommendations for everything from termite inspector to TV hanger. We would highly recommend Francis and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again, although we don’t ever plan to move since we’re so happy with our new home!
